How Do I Make a Payment?

You can make a payment directly through the Mnet Financial website by clicking on the “Make a Payment” tab or you can also dial in and speak to a representative in the call center to make a payment.

What Payment Options Are Available?

Patients can pay their medical bills using check, credit card, debit card, HSA & FSA through our online payment portal, or by calling our call center and making payment through our interactive voice response (IVR) system or speaking to a live customer service representative.

Does Mnet Financial Send out Notices to Patients?

Yes, Mnet Financial does send out notices to patients. However Mnet offers alternative options for additional or recurring notices. For example, you can choose to have your payment drafted from your choice of check or credit card or you can request an email reminder where you will be redirected online to pay on the day of your choice.

Does Mnet Financial Send Out Coupon Books?

Mnet Financial can send out payment coupon books for patients with payment monitoring accounts.

Will My Account Be Credit Reported?

Mnet Financial does report to TransUnion.

How Do I Contact My Provider?

You can either locate a bill from your provider which will likely have contact information for them or you can type the name of your provider into a search engine, which will likely display contact information for your provider there.

How Do I Contact TransUnion?

You can contact TransUnion at transunion.com. Their website also offers other methods for reaching out to them.
